User access to admin installed s/w

    I am needing help. Once an admin installs a software program, how does the user account have privledges to run the program?

    Nevermind I don't have it figured out.

    My problem is giving the user account privileges to a program I installed.

    I did go in as admin, system preferences, accounts and gave access to remove items from the doc. This allowed me to add the program to the doc. but the user does not have the privilege to run the program.
    The user acccount is setup to run applications, so the user should be able to.

    Any ideas?
