im running snow leopard with mail 4.1 and i cannot figure out for the life of me how to add a user for delegation. I want them to be able to view my calendar/address book and email. Where can i do this?

I believe Entourage has this feature but I don't think Apple's Mail application has ever had anything resembling this.

Does Apple have a support line for their apps? i want to verify that they do not have delegation and no work arounds.

Mail does not, and never has had, this feature. If you need more Exchange integration you'll have to use Entourage.

oh man thats not good, the whole point of upgrading to snow leopard would be to get away from Entourage.

    okay thanks!
