iPhone XR User Label Primary

For a while now, every time I send a text message to someone (green bubble) I get the words "User Label Primary" above the message. It's pretty annoying. Anyone know what is causing that and how to get rid of it?

I’m having the same issue. Also when I get a call it say calling to Stacey.
