I was recently at an Apple Store and saw all the info Geniuses can get from the iOS Diagnostics App. Pretty cool. But is there a way of getting that info without having to go to an Apple Store?

I'm pretty sure it's just parses the diagnostics logs (General>About>Diagnostics & Usage) into a user-friendly format.

You can see all the statistics about things like battery usage and dropped calls from those logs.

From what I've saw it is server based so I don't think it will be user accessible, the techs have to login to open it

(I'm sorry, I answered in the wrong thread, wasn't my intention to bump this one.)

** bump

I remember seeing a way to see how my battery was without going to the apple store using apples troubleshooting guide i think? Anyone have a link?
