iTunes and Safari are constantly logging me out and/or forgetting my password. I've never had a problem with staying logged in; check the box, enter info, revisit site, done. Example, Safari forgets/dumps my MacRumors username and password as well as the site's notification setting. Same with iTunes, I have to enter my iCloud password (x2) when opening.

Anyone else experiencing this and is there a new setting I'm unaware of? It seems to have improved as of 6/14, now happening when/if I log out or restart. Cookies settings haven't changed (thanks for the tip).

I'm not having any of your issues. I've read others are having issues with iCloud asking for the password . Just file them as bugs. They will most likely mark them as dupes.

Wonder if trashing the associated .plist's (both System and User), saved application states, caches, etc. might help.

Filed/Reported, hopefully it'll get squared away if it's a common bug for some. Thanks! :)

Trashing them can't hurt. A good first troubleshooting step.

Check that cookies are turned on in Safari and that you aren't running it in private browsing mode. Safari cookies settings are affecting iTunes, so if either of those two conditions are met on the browser side, it could cause the issues you're describing as well.

Interesting, thanks for the tip (esp. re: iTunes and cookies). I still have the same setting as usual, "Block cookies and website data: Not from current or previously visited websites".

I should update my OP as it now seems to be happening if/when I have to log out/in or restart.
