I know that you have to use the USB-C 29 watt charger for fast charge. But does regular use degragate the life of the battery? I think the NYT or WSJ wrote about this a few months ago?

I only use the 29W when i have to quickly charge it because of timing, otherwise i charge it with the Apple charger the iphone came with.

Firmwsre has everything under control
Proof is that iPhone X charges from 0 to 50% in 30 minutes but it takes over an hour to get from 50-100 %
