Is there any way to use the my macbook closed, with a monitor, and without my power adapter plugged in. I've tried sleepless, and it works without power, but then i don't get as big display. Is there some sort of terminal code i can punch in?

No, the power adapter has to be plugged in order to do tht. Another way is to leave the computer open, but screen brightness all the way down.

I'm confused.. You want to use an external display instead of using your macbook as a display? Whether the power adapter is plugged in or not, it should work fine, your battery will just run down alot faster than it would if you were using the macbook's display.
