using a screen protector with a case

I've noticed that not many cases fit well when I have a screen protector on. Are there any screen protectors that are maybe a little recessed so the lip of the case doesn't overlap?

got the Ghost Armor case-friendly. Love it so far! The solution takes a little while to dry, but after its completely dry, you can't tell its on there. There seems to be a little bit of dust or solution under the screen that never dried, but when the screen is on, you can't tell its there.
