I would like to install Windows 7 on new 21.5" iMac and use Bootcamp (like I do on my MBP). When booting into Windows on the MBP, the "option" is held down after turning on the computer to give the option of booting into Windows or Snow Leopard.

Can I use a wireless keyboard and boot into Windows via Bootcamp or does the keyboard need to be wired.

Thanks.

People have reported differently so I can't confidently claim it's the same for all models and combinations.

However, I used to run Windows Vista 32 and then Win7 64 on a 24" C2D iMac with a wireless keyboard. (Although I had to use a wired keyboard to install Windows initially (irritatingly)) I was always able to get the Mac boot menu to come up by using option on the Apple wireless keyboard.

(Having said that most of the time I used the Startup Disk pref pane in OSX.)
