I'm not new to Macs, but i've still got a question.

I just purchased a Behringer Eurorack UBB1002 from a friend and i'm looking to use it with my new MacBook Pro to do some recording. I'm eventually going to be investing in ProTools but I wanted to make sure that the mixer I have will be recognized by my Mac and that there's a simple (and hopefully affordable) way to hook everything up.

Advice would be greatly appreciated.

The Eurorack UBB1002 is an analog mixer so your mac cannot "recognize" it. You will have to send the signal from the Euroracks outputs into your macs input or via an external soundcard.

Thanks for the quick response. So I can just use an auxiliary plug to connect the mixer to the audio input? Assuming I don't want to use the external soundcard?
