Using Appletv app on LG tv

Does anyone know how to access the movie extras via the Apple TV app on the LG?
I own some itune movies. When I select a film- it starts playing. No menu page.
‘(when I had an Apple TV box- it always displayed a dvd like menu first.)

I can access the extras on my iPad via the app- but can not figure out how to do it via the onscreen LG app.

iTunes Extras aren't available in the Apple TV app on smart TVs and streaming devices.

thought I was so smart - the Apple TV device seemed useless with a built in app.
I sold it.
now I know better.

Depending on the movie, some of the movie extras may be available in Movies Anywhere if you have a USA iTunes account connected.

Do you have a Mac, iPhone, or iPad? You could play the extras there and Airplay them to your TV.
