Using Automator to update multiple iPods?

Can Automator be used to update multiple iPods? The Update iPod action doesn't seem to have any options. When I run the workflow, it only updates one of the iPods (there are 3 connected via FireWire hub). Any way I can modify this behavior?
 
You might need to write a small Applescript and attach it to Automator. Automator, being v.1, doesn't allow you to do if statements.
