using back to my mac with iPhone, web browser, windows

hey guys,

i am looking for a way to connect to my mac via back to my mac. the problem is that I only have this one mac. Is there a way to connect to it from lets say an iPhone, or a web browser? I really am annoyed that I can only connect from other Macs.
