Using built in Snow Leopard dictionary in Word

It is possible to use the dictionary in Snow leopard in Microsoft word?

I don't think it is sorry. Microsoft use their own dictionary shared by all the Office programs.

Damn! Well thanks for the quick reply. Just thought it would be nice to use the same dictionary in all programs. Then I would not have to add the same words to both dictionaries.

Well writing Microsoft is pretty much going to be your only option. They are not known for rapid updates on Office for Mac, and changes will come slow. Let them know your needs and if there is enough demand, they may be willing to offer that as an option.

No. Word is written in Carbon, and only Coco apps can make use of things like the built-in dictionary (I'm 99% sure) so even if it was possible to "mod" word, the framework doesn't support it.
