Using cable cannot go to a specific website. But using Wifi has not problem at all.

Hi!

I am experiencing ethernet problem on my iMac.
I normally connect my iMac with the cable.
But I have wifi at home too - only used when my sister also needs to connect to the internet using the MacBook.
I want to visit a specific website on the iMac.
Starting from tonight, I can no longer visit it when I connect using the cable.
(note that i can visit any other website except it when it is connected through the cable)
But when i visit it on the iMac using wifi, I can access it!

My firewall is off.

Can anyone tell me whats wrong with the ethernet?

Do I need to reset my ethernet card? how to do it?

Try rebooting your router and modem first.

Then try a PRAM reset on your Mac
