Using Constant contact from a PPC Mac

Dumb question alert!
Will Constant Contact work with my Apple Mail/Address Book email list? Their own documentation suggests that it's only compatible with Outlook and Thunderbird (I'm also on Yahoo mail, so maybe that could work better...) I can't run Windows from this old PPC model, so Outlook isn't an option.
