My ethernet port is all bent out of shape, and since I can't afford the $1200 Apple's quoting me for a new Logic board, I went out and got a D-Link DFE-690TXD Cardbus Notebook Adapter.

I'm getting the little PC Card icon in the menu bar, and it's clearly recognizing the make and model, yet I still can't get the darn thing to connect to the internet. I tried downloading D-Link's drivers from their website, but they keep erroring out on me when I try to UnStuff them.

Anybody got any idea how to set this up? Thanks.

Edit: I am a moron. As is the idiot at MacMall who assured me this thing was Mac-compatible. Never mind!
