Just thinking about security. Would you be better off using the esim in a phone 11 pro for your main phone number vs the SIM card. lets say your phone got stolen some one could just pull the SIM card and use your number / text etc. Any thoughts on that or downsides? thanks!

In the middle of several books.
You can lock your SIM card with a 6 digit code. That is what I do. You only get 3 chances to enter the correct code for the SIM. After that, it can’t be used unless you enter the PUK key. If you don’t have that, you would need to get a new SIM. Using eSIM would certainly work, provided keep good security on your phone.
