Using Glyphs in Mobile Safari to Save Space

    Safari can see Unicode MS glyphs in Mobile Safari ( this is an example of a glyph). This has really cut down the size of the bookmarks bar in Mobile Safari. Just a tip worth passing on... A list of glyphs can be found here (link leads to Keyonary, if you don't want to click it, just Google it)

    For instance, I use the mail symbol for gMail and the Apple Logo for these forums.

    What an obvious trick that I hadn't thought of. Kind of funny when someone can point to something so simple, that I might never have done. Thanks for this and the link!
