    Wherever my feet take me…
Hi all, I just got a new 15" Haswell rMBP with the dGPU. I'm new to F@H and would like it to use the dGPU if possible. How do I set it up? Thanks!

Welcome to the world of folding :)

Unfortunately we start with some negative news: assuming you run OS X on your beautiful rMBP you will have no GPU support for folding (at this point in time). Simply because the OpenCL driver for Mac are not on the same quality/stability level as under Windows or Linux. Therefore Pande Group at Stanford didn't released GPU folding for Mac.

If you run alternative OS on your Mac GPU would working. In that case please share the log files with us in case you get errors.

    Right side of wrong
as Christian already mentioned, you can only fold with your gpu under windows or linux. i can't speak for linux, but getting it working under windows is pretty simple. let us know if you are going to give it a shot and if you have any questions.

i would be curious to know what kind of ppd it would be capable of
