Using Harmony ONE Remote with ATV2... Delay/Lag?

Hey guys, just wondering if you know any easy fixes/quick tips to speed up the "commands" coming from the remote to the AppleTV. I mean when using Apple's given aluminum remote (included with ATV2) there is literally no lag between button pressing and command "movement" on screen. But I press left/right/up/down on my harmony one and its a bit of a delay between the screen movement (maybe half a second or little bit more?). Just wondering if there are any quick tips/changes to do within the Harmony remote computer application? Thanks!

I've been able to reduce it but I still haven't been able to get it to operate as fast as the Apple remote. Hopefully someone else has a solution.

No delay on my ATV or MBP through my harmony one.
