HomePod Using HomePod to watch movies glitched the audio.

Hello,

I have a HomePod mini. And when watching a movie on my MacBook Air, through the app called Plex, causes the audio to not sync to the video and caused the video to stutter.
Is there a way to fix it?

can you use appleTV or quick time instead?
some 3rd party players have a delay like VCL, Kyra and Plex years ago
besides rebooting everything,

Had this same problem with an AppleTV. Could never get it resolved and sold the homepods and replaced them with a soundbar.
