Using iPad with two itunes libraries???

Hello.

Is it possible to use my ipad with two itunes libraries?

for example.

Sync the ipad to itunes library at home on my macbook pro.

and then if i want to make any changes like add a movie or music.

Sync the ipad to itunes library at work on my work PC?
