iPhone 11 Using iPhone 11 for the first time

Hello,
I bought brand new iPhone 11 and I need advice.
Should I use It "out of the box" or should I charge it first and then turn It on?

First, put a screen protector and case in case you accidentally scratch or drop it. Take note of cosmetic appearance for any defect. I like to keep my device in mint condition. Use as is and charge the device between 20-80%

If you plug it in, it will turn on. Those old school battery norms are a joke under today’s standards.
