so i have diskaid.

i was wondering if this is possible. i want to load osx onto my computer, but i dont have a blank dvd. i was wondering if i can use my iphone as an external hdd and boot it from there so i can install it?

🙄
You can load OSX from the retail DVD. The retail DVD is bootable. Why would you need to burn to another DVD or use an iPhone?
😛

if not i was asking because i have 10.5.6 saved on my hard drive.

The restore disk you use has to be the one that came with the computer in question, otherwise it won't work.
