using iPHOTO to change image size

I have a file (jpg) it is too big to post on the web 644kb. I want to drop the file size to 3 or so. How do I accomplish this thanks Mike

select the photo then go to export then change the image size to something like 640 x 480 and your image size will be closer to 100 Kb. you said you wanted to drop it to 3 kb? Are you sure? That is very small.
