Using iSight camera with two different sources?

How can I use my camera with two different sources like Yahoo & AIM at the same time?

There has got to be some kind of application that will allow this but OS X doesn't allow it natively.

Im pretty sure CamTwist will work for this.

Its really for adding video effects, but does also have the ability to use a single video source for multiple applications simultaneously.

btw, if the video effects interest you, then you might like to know that the effects are quartz based, so any of the readily available iChat quartz effects can be added to this too, and vice versa.
