So I was all, like, totally psyched to be using isight to chat with my compadres over msn when I found out that what Apple doesn't tell you in those PC vs Mac commercials where PC has the webcam taped to his head is that yes, you have a webcam, and no, unless you're using ichat, there is no way to use that webcam! Enjoy! WTF!

Right, it's Apple's fault that Microsoft hasn't included web cam support in THEIR MSN messenger program. If you really want to use it do it through boot camp. The iSight works with Live Messenger. Or use aMSN or Mercury messenger.

Just because a program is written for a Mac doesn't mean Apple makes it. It is not Apple's fault Microsoft hasn't updated their program. Get a grip on yourself.

using another program instead of msn

i've recently found a great program that is free just like msn and works just the same except for the fact it's just basically video conversations. it's a great program for business because you can conference call. it's an easy download and installation. the programs called skype and can be downloaded from skype.com
