I hooked up my isight and am trying to capture video using my isight. I chose isight as the "camera" in magic movie but it keeps looking for a DV camera.
Someone else posted this same question and the answer was that you need to import your content into magic movie.
How do you capture video using isight in order to import it into imovie???

Ignore "Magic Movie". It exists solely for the purpose of processing pre-recorded content. Not live video.

For live video, in iMovie, switch to camera mode (the switch underneath the video that shows a camera and a pair of scissors). Once in camera mode, and assuming your iSight is detected, just hit the Import button.

Thanks! I was wondering the same thing:)
