Using iTunes with my iPhone?

Is there any advantage using iTunes on my Macbook pro over my Windows laptop with my iPhone?

iTunes for Mac works better in my opinion (probably completely subjective). As far as I'm aware, there would be no actual advantage to using a Mac over Windows for syncing.
