If you use the 2021 16” MBP on your lap often how do you like it?

Do you find the weight or the feet underneath bothersome on your legs?

Or do you use some sort of laptop tray? If so what kind of tray or table?

Thanks

Too cold! I put an old flannel shirt under it for use in my lap, shaped to avoid blocking the vents at the back.

If somehow you get it too warm, any cheap cooling pad will work fine.

It's a smooth bottomed laptop and it doesn't really weigh enough to be an issue on your lap. You don't feel the feet on either model enough for it to be noticeable. It also runs very cool even under load.

I have 16 MacBook m1 pro and its very comfortable on my lap, not heavy. It never even gets slightly warm no matter what im doing on it. Sometimes I use one of those laptop tables from Ikea.

It's great. More stable than smaller laptops, and of course the bigger screen is more comfortable on the eyes so I don't have to hunch over.
