I tried to make a call from my MacBook today, using the FaceTime software (to a non-apple user), with the call routing through my iPhone. I believe the feature is called continuity, but I'm not 100% sure. Anyways, when I got to a phone tree, I couldn't find any way to dial 2 for the department I wanted to reach. Has anyone else come across this issue & if so, is there any way to make that happen? I couldn't find any way to do it from the computer, and ended up hanging up & calling back once I had my iPhone in hand.

Thanks in advance,

Just to close the loop on this one, Darth Titan's solution worked. I was able to use the keyboard to type in the correct numbers.
