Using pictures in iPhoto from Lightroom2

Hello All,
I would like to ty build my personal website by using iWeb but unfortunatelly I need to have my photos in iPhoto to use them in iWeb. I am using Lightroom for organizing of my pictures at the moment. Does it exist any easy way to share or transfer pictures from Lightroom to iPhoto without using an extra space on harddisc?
