I'm waiting for my new series 6 to arrive. In the meantime, I'm thinking about putting one of those cheap plastic covers over the front of it to protect it from getting scratched. Has anyone used these before? Are there any downsides to installing one? I'm not expecting it to protect it against much more than just lightly banging the watch against things and getting scratched. Something like this:

Thanks.

I use that exact case when I am at work. It does a fine job. I just pop it off after work and I am good to go. If water gets in between just pop the case off and wipe clean.

1. Curious why you even pop it off after work, is it more noticeable when it is on? Do you just prefer the watch without it?
2. Does it seem like there is any risk to scratching the watch by popping it on and off all the time?

Thanks

I have no need for the case when I am not at work. It easily pops off without scratching the watch.
