Using Skype to learn / practice foreign language

Does anyone here use Skype or similar programs to learn and practice a foreign language? I've been trying to look for resources on this. Found a couple sites (and the skype forum) through Googling, but maybe you guys have some well known resources.

I rarely use Skype, but I thought this would be a good way to practice my Chinese.

Any thoughts?

The hard part usually isn't deciding what program to use, it's finding someone willing to practice with you who isn't a creeper. Try LiveMocha and setting something up with someone on there.
