Is it not possible to sleep Windows 7 on my MBP for a few hours? I'm pretty sure last night I had Windows 7 on and I closed the lid. This morning I wake up and it starts running on Mac OS, and when I get logged in a message comes up saying that the Windows partition didn't mount properly or something.

It sounds like the computer shut off while it was in sleep mode and OS X was set as the startup disk. Unless you were actually in hibernation?
