Using time machine with multiple hard drives.

I have 4 drives in my Mac Pro.
The first 3 drives are 500GB ea and the 4th is 2TB.
Can I configure Time Machine to back up drives 1,2,3 ---> 4?

Yes.
Just make sure the drives are not excluded in the System Preferences > Time Machine >> Options and you chose the correct HDD as TM HDD.
