I continually get Mac error # 9999 when I try to burn a concert off youtube. They are MP4 files. It usually waits till about a minute before completion before displaying the error. I have contacted Corel and a specialist had me delete certain hidden and unhidden files. That worked for a DVD or 2 then the error reappeared. We then triled new administrators.. That worked for burning 4 perfect videos before crashing again. Corel seems to refuse to screen share of talk to you live on the phone. SO the Emails keep flying back and forth. After a $100. purchase I am quite frustrated with the lack of a simple phone conversation which may be all that is necessary to solve the problem. Any suggestions? Tom

Just a few thoughts.

What version of the OS are you using?
Are you using the Mac's built-in DVD drive, or an attached one?

There is a dedicated video forum here at macrumors. I suggest you post your questions there.

Also, if folks here don't know, consider posting over at gearslutz.com. They are "the whizzes of audio and video".

Had similar issues using their program to burn Blu-Ray dvd on an external Pioneer BDR-XS06 with my iMP. Their Titanium Pro program didn’t even started (spinning beach ball). Their software comes with a lot of other stuff I really don’t need.
I just insisted for a refund and downloaded Leawo Blu-ray Creator for Mac and it worked flawlessly..

Same issue. Works for one mp4 video but not for other, rebooting doesn't help. Have you solved it?
