That is the most in-the-green RAM pressure graph I have ever seen. It's so low impact that the OS is not even bothering to cache as much as it can - you have *a lot* of wasted free RAM.
Energy impact is also low, CPU use seems fine. In other words, this is a totally normal system showing no ill effects whatsoever.
I'm utterly unsurprised that your system is showing 6 GB of RAM used, since you have 16GB total and are nowhere near close to even barely putting a strain on it, the OS is quite happy to cache a ton of data because you're not using it for anything else.
You're actually using too little RAM. You have so much spare that the OS is ignoring a good portion of it because it has nothing else to cache.
