Using trackpad in windows

Hi all I'm new here and fairly new to Macs too, so sorry if a thread about this already exists, I just couldnt find one. But I was wondering, is there any way that I can make the track pad touch sensitive when I'm running windows? I hate having to click the mouse button for everything and it makes it harder to select/paste..

Control Panel > Mouse

It has the properties somewhere in there if I remember correctly (not near a Windows box just now!)

I tried looking for some kind of option to do that on the properties, but it doesn't bring anything up to make it touch sensitive.
