Using vision pro with account from unsupported country

Halloi i would like to buy vision pro but iam from Slovakia (not supported country).

I have my apple id account with slovak region. If i want to use vision pro just for extented display is it possible to set vision pro with my account ? I dont want to swtich my mac acc to germany region because i will lost all the apps i think. What are the possibilities? are there users from unsupportted countries? thanks

Hey Delarock! 🙂 I bought mine in Japan and I’m using it in Spain. There’s an option in the settings that lets you set a different account for service-related stuff (App Store, Apple TV+, Music, etc.) while keeping your main iCloud account for everything else (photos, syncing between devices, iCloud Drive, and so on).


So basically, what you’d need to do to download apps is create a separate US account (or one from any other supported region). That will allow you to access and download apps. Just note that you won’t be able to use your Slovakian account for Apple TV+, Apple Music, or any other subscription services — if you want to use those, you’ll need to subscribe through your US account instead.


Once the apps are downloaded and installed on your AVP, you can use them without any issues. In fact, you can still use your European account for services like Disney+ or Prime Video.
