my iPod touch cannot find my wifi signal but my macbook pro can. Can i somehow get the internet on my iPod through my laptop. could i plug in the USB cable or does that not work.
thanks

only way is via wi-fi. what kind of wi-fi is being used? maybe it's using a different 802.1xz and the iPod doesn't recognize it. have you tried moving very close to the wifi signal?

usb doesn't get you internet

if the MBP is receiving internet via wi-fi, it cannot share it with the ipod. to share internet mbp would need to be getting internet via ethernet.
