MP 1,1-5,1 Using Windows Config and Default files for Thunberbird and Firefox.

Hi,
Just thought I'd have another run with my Mac Pro 4.1>5.1. I have been using Windows 10 on my PC for the last year+.
So what I want to do is, is there an easy way to use files from my PC to bring my Thunberbird and Firefox on the Mac up to date with what I have on my PC, so many bookmarks and email address... I am running Mojave OS. It seems you can't find Mac OS system files...
Any help or advice very welcome.
