Yup. It's submitted to the app store. three to ten days or so. I have a beta version on my phone right now, its great.
The good thing is that uStream usually has live soccer games and stuff so it will be really cool.
They haven't said anything about the price but you can get the beta(works) by emailing iphone@ustream.tv.
Just curious, if it's not in the App store yet, how does one get a working Beta, and install it on their phones? I thought you had to install Apps from the App store unless you Jailbreak?

Can't wait until this is on the App Store. There hasn't been many "big" apps in the past several days and I'm jonesing for a really GREAT app.

You would have to send them your unique identifier, which can be found in iTunes, then they build a custom version for your device.. Though im pretty sure they are done issuing beta's, you can still try.
You will be able to stream stuff live. Example : Soccer games, nfl games and if this comes out before tomorrow then the inauguration.
