I'm using an app called SuperMemo. To import written tests from the computer to the iPod, it says you must have the writing UTF-8 encoded. What program can do this?

Example of writing:
Q: What is the capital of New Zealand?
A: Wellington.

Thanks,

Open the text file with TextEdit. Click menu "Format" => "Convert to Plain Text". Then click menu "File" => "Save As". In the dialog, you can choose the encoding. By default, it's UTF-8.

If the text is English only, there is no change from ASCII encoding to UTF8.
