Utility for reporting external IP by email

On the PC I use a utility called "IP Watcher" that monitors changes to the external network dynamic IP as it changes, and sends an email with the new IP every time it changes. I have been searching for an equivalent utility that would do the same on a MAC running OSX 10.6.6.

Any suggestions?

Not exactly what I was looking for, but I am using http://www.dyndns.com/
Works quite well
