iPod touch v.2.0 syncing issue

Is it just me, or does my iPod touch sync wwwwaaaaaayyyyyyyy slower after upgrading to 2.0?

I have the same problem. Sometimes takes up to 5 min before it shows up in itunes. Hopefully 2.0.1 will fix this.

In my case, the reason it takes so much time is that it now backs up your entire iPod as a part of each sync.

Yep, and it's reaaaaalllly annoying.

They need to have some user control on that. Let the user pick when to backup (like every other day or something).
