Vacation disappeared

When in mobile me mail/preference I don't get a Vacation option, using my Mac Book Pro.
However when I access my mobile me mail/preferences on a Mac Book I do see the Vacation option, insert my message, click on it yet it doesn't auto reply!

Any suggestions?
