iPad Pro Value of iPad Pro and accessories

Hello, I didn't want to post this in the Marketplace since I am only asking about the value. I have an iPad Pro 5M cellular in silver with 256GB. I purchased in Feb of '26. It has 45 battery cycle counts. I am looking to possibly sell it along with an Apple Magic Keyboard and Apple Pencil Pro. The AppleCare+ is the annual subscription that is tied to my email. Although, it seems that a user could purchase their own now, but not sure. I do not have the boxes for the iPad Pro or accessories. My question is: what's a fair value for all three together. I’d look up the Apple refurbished price for those items and take a 25% cut to it, since you’re not Apple and don’t offer a new battery or warranty.
