VAT in Apple employees purchases

Ok, so I have a friend who works at Apple, and I bought a MacBook Pro with the discount he is allowed for friends and family. The thing is, I'm from Argentina, and the last time I bought an Apple product in Europe, I asked for a VAT refund form, and cashed it when I went back to my country. So my two doubts are if there's a way to ask for a VAT refund form when you purchase online, and more importantly, if you can do this, given my friend bought it with his employee account (paying with my data).
